Carol Taubl,

Director & Composer

Carol founded SOUND Affect in 2012, providing vocalists with a space to use their voice to bring hope and change to many. She also founded SOUND Affect International, teaching music to children in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.  Her favorite thing to do, other than performing with SOUND & Stage, is spending time with her six grandchildren.

Dawn Taubl,

Director & Choreographer

Dawn is the general music teacher at Ezra Academy, and the Assistant Director & choreographer for SOUND Vocal Ensembles. Her newest role is as Co-Director and Co-writer of SOUND & Stage Theater Company, fulfilling a big dream she has had to create content that is powerful, convincing, inspiring, and wholesome!

Caitlin Peterson,

Director of Development

Caitlin is the Director of Digital Marketing at Bee Local Marketing and has been involved in film and theater production over the last decade. Her role as Director of Development for SOUND, seamlessly pulls together her theater and business background. She offers experience in business development, web design, marketing & advertising.

Emily Thomas, Fundraising Coordinator

Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Ithaca College. After, she moved to New York City where she worked in casting and then production for the soap opera, "As the World Turns." She returned to her theater roots, taking a position in Development for The Rev Theatre Company in Central New York. When she and her husband started a family, she took a job coordinating a variety of things including communications, music, and graphics for a church. She’s also passionately assisted with an annual Sports & Arts Camp for many years. She now resides in Manlius, New York with three kids and her husband.

Tiffany Ferriouolo,

Production Manager

Tiffany has been a member of SOUND Affect for ten years and starred in SOUND & Stage’s first production, The Last Letter, as Olga Peters. She is excited to join the team as SOUND & Stage’s Production Manager, bringing decades of experience on and off the stage.
